CohnReznick LLP Elects New CEO
CohnReznick LLP recently announced it has elected Frank P. Longobardi as its Chief Executive Officer. Longobardi is a current executive board member and regional managing partner at CohnReznick and previously served on the firm’s Go-to Market Committee. Throughout his career, Longobardi has been responsible for bringing standardization to the marketing, leadership development, and continuing education efforts of each of the firm’s practice. He received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Connecticut.
CohnReznick Advisory Names New Technology and Digital Advisory National Director
CohnReznick LLP recently named Dean Nelson as a principal and the Technology and Digital Advisory National Director for the firm’s Advisory practice. In his new role, Nelson will be responsible for the growth of technology and digital services with an emphasis on core technology, CIO advisory, analytics, package selection, and implementation and infrastructure. He has extensive experience leading enterprise-wide initiatives, including service offerings, technology strategies, cloud innovation, predictive analytics, business intelligence and process improvement. Nelson graduated with his Master’s of Business Administration in Finance from the School of Business at St. Thomas University and his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota.
Grant Thornton Adds Principal to Its Advisory Practice
Grant Thornton LLP recently added Kevin Baril as principal in its Advisory practice. Baril has more than 25 years of consulting experience, helping clients with strategy development, technology transformation, systems implementation, and various business technology issues, including cloud solutions, service offering strategy and formulation, application management, go-to market execution, and sales and business development management. He received his bachelor’s degree in information systems and economics and his master’s of business administration degree Babson College.
